Beautiful evening for a stroll, so we all went for a good long walk in Rampart Park. A full hour, at a pretty strong pace with lots of hills.

My son woke me up about 5:30. No screaming, but enough to let us know he was awake. I looked over at my wife and she was out. So, I got up, changed him and we took a walk. It's a really nice time of day because there's no traffic, the suns not up but there's plenty of light. Pushing the stroller at a good pace is actually pretty good exercise with all the hills around here. A very nice start to the day.
