Actually I did not sign-up for Ironman Canada 2008. I am turning 50 next year and wanted to have August off for traveling. Therefore I am going to do an Ironman earlier in the season.

Yes I am very happy to have beat my goal for this race. It is especially sweet in that my time was almost an hour faster than last year.
