Running 10 and 1 intervals up to Cleveland Dam and back. Had lots of residual cramping in my hamstring and calf muscles after yesterdays Brick workout. Took advantage of the intervals to get some stretching in.

I feel very ignorant - what is a "Brick workout"? From the name, I'm pretty sure I don't want to do one. ldr
A Brick workout is one where you transition from bike to run as quickly as possible. It is designed to simulate race conditions for du and triathletes. I am not sure if there is an acronym associated with the term Brick, to me it just means that my legs will feel like Bricks for the first couple of Km after cycling.
