Back on the bike. Hooray! It has been 3 weeks. Man it is tough to get the aerobic capacity back. But no whining. I think I was the happiest cyclist on the road today. My fave ride out to Whytecliff Park which is twisty, hilly coastal road; just technical enough to make it fun. I bonked a bit on the way back so I must bring more supplies (tough to do on the commuter bike).
