My father in law Joe finally figured out my cycling was a good excuse to get out of family events, so he bought himself a bike. Of course he wanted to get out and take it for a spin so I took him to Iron Horse Trail, a nice flat bike path to start getting him used to riding.

Weather was great, even verging on too hot, hitting about 86 when we wrapped up. Of course he was blessed with a flat half a mile from the end so he got to experience his first ride and his first roadside repair all in one trip..
