Things went better today. I decided to do breast drills today.
100 m warm up (Half breast/half free)
100 m breast pull (which I had a hard time doing)
100 m breast swim
150 m breast kick (I was so in to it I did an extra 50 m)
150 m break kick
100 m free cool down
