So I finally got back into it.
Here's what I did...
100 m warm up (free/breast)
100 m free pull
100 m free
100 m free kick
Then I cheated a bit and did
25 m back
50 m breast
25 sprint free
I was just completely wiped out after it... shows how out of shape I am.

I know what you mean about being out of shape. I'm doing short little rides at a *very* moderate pace, and they're killing me. My legs feel like jello.
