Schuykhill River TrailRide time just a guess. Felt pretty good considering how inconsistent I've been of late. Took it fairly easy on the way out, riding into headwind. Got caught in decent downpour the last 15 mins. Not a biggie except for my cell getting wetter than i'd like. c'est la vie.

Rode on SRT. Felt like the wind was against me both ways. Probably a crosswind. Bike is also not riding too well. Just doesn't feel right, but can't tell what the problem is. Shifting horribly for one.
On the upside, it was an amazing day, and any ride is a good ride.

Rode with Ethan. First ride with all the new computer stuff functioning. HR monitor worked fine, while speed seems to not register sometimes on downhills, esp. when going 30+. Don't know what that's all about.
Overall, felt good. Gonna check out a map online for the mileage, since i haven't calibrated the comp yet. Ethan's comp registered 2 miles more than mine.

Ridley State Pk to Old Gradyville Rd- Distance 34.08 miles

First ride with new computer. Having an altimeter definitely assuages my ego. I would have guessed 2000 ft. max climbing for this ride. Out here it's just constant up & downs - I feel better about avging 15-16 as opposed to 18-19mph. Given how early it is, I'm fairly pleased with my current fitness level.

First ride in six days. Didn't feel too bad, except for burning sensation in left achilles. Regardless, good to be on the bike. Hope to regain some consistency.
