Did not train for this run by actually running (mostly biked and swam), but I am very pleased with the results.
My split at 2:12 for the halfway point worked out well.
My heart rate average showed that my lungs were doing far better than my muscles and joints. Will try to springboard this level of fitness into my triathlon training and possibly a fall marathon.
I will be back for this run next year!

Scott, I'm so screwed up, I didn't realize you came down and ran on Sunday. Good work. Sounds like a smart, well-controlled race. Yes, it is fun to have this one out of the way and use it to catapult into the summer and fall events. Good job. ldr
