6x200 various drills
Main Set
2 sets as:
1x200 with positive split at 100
1x200 with even splits
1x200 with negative split at 100
Various drills for cool down
On the last Negative, I found that I swam the first 100 at 1:20 using a strict form with slower turnover; the second 100 I kicked more and increased turnover but also took about 1:20. Very interesting....
Best 200: 2:37 (down 20+ seconds from last year)
