First track work out in a while.

Warm up for a few miles, then alternating high knee and butt kick drills around the opposite turns. Did 2 acceleration drills before warming down and heading off for the Team swim.

Didn't feel great. Should have eaten more than a protein shake and power bar fro breakfast, and more than 2 PBJ's for lunch. Busy day.
