On the schedule: 75 minutes.
I biked to the start point (1 hour, including finding a lost purse in NW Portland), biked the practice route with the team, delivered the purse (6 miles away), biked back to the start point, then biked home. So I guess I went a little over the Half Iron practice distance. But that's okay because my FULL iron training plan allowed for a 4 hour ride.
Will have to remember, Cornell Ave is not flat. At all. 1000 feet of elevation gain or so? The elevation profile on the following link is actually not in the order with which I rode.
