Duniway Park

Cold and dark. Which kept the number of witnesses down when I did my "skip hops". Oh, the mortification, plus they are REALLY HARD. Highest HR.

5x440yd at about 2:15 per
1x1320 at about 1:43 per
1x440 recover (2:16)
1x1320 at about 1:44 per
1x440 recover (2:08)
1x1320 at about 1:37 per
1x440 recover (2:39)

Technique drills over 1.75 miles
3x80 strides as high knees
3x80 strides as butt kicks
2x80 strides as skip-hops (ouch!)
1x120 strikes as sprint in good form

1x440 cool down and then jog to the car. Should have done a better cool, but swim practice was starting in 10 minutes!
