24 Hour fitness has limited spin bikes for their classes so you have to show up early to reserve a spot.
As long as I was getting there an hour early, I decided that I should practice the swimming stroke modifications from the swim clinic. I would do very relaxed length then pause to think about the next one. Need to get good muscle memory down before I fatigue in order to avoid bad habits later in the season and the workouts become more tiring.
I did not sink as much as at the clinic, but I definitely have some stroke deconstruction/reconstruction to do.
