Attended the Portland Triathlon Club swim clinic, instructed by SpeedShot racing.
This session Mark Kendall focused on establishing a stable base. Key ideas seemed to be head position, extended hand position, and eventually fine-tuning the recovery aspect of the stroke.
Strangely, the more everyone else's stroke brought their hips up (less drag) the more my entire body seemed to be sinking in the water. I'll attribute that to fatigue from the earlier workout plus the slow rate that most of the drills needed.
