My second group training and this one was a kicker. Got to work on form drills for head position, arm positions, and "rolling" with hips for better hydrodynamics. It's nice to hear that, despite never having swim lessons, I have a great forward arm stroke. Who knows what my back armstroke or legs are doing, but at least I'm being thrown a complement and not a life preserver :)
12x25 roughly alternating between 75% max speed vs long glide strokes
3 sets of 1x50, 1x75, 1x100 practicing on rolling
3 sets of 4x25 focusing on arm position efficiency
1x200 cool down with knee buoy - very strange having my hips so high in the water
