Slow first half (about 40:30), practiced switching where hand is entering as extended hand begins pull plus skate position.
Much faster second half (32:45), practiced breathing every third stroke.
Throughout, practiced extending to 3 oclock, rotating hips such that it's easier for my head to continue the rotation for a breath, keeping shoulder blades down and back, high elbow with entry into the water, and minimizing splash.
