We walked Sundance then put him in the doggy ride and ran to Nat'l bridges and then walked Sundance some more. I've been totalling ~9 miles a day counting the walking.

Had a workout partner for 100s which helped to push me to 3000 yards. This will be a long, uphill battle to get in shape, but I'm excited.

Didn't want to run today but kept that to myself. We ran 4 miles and nothing hurt but I felt so lazy like I wanted to lie down in the grass and sleep for 4 hours (like 9 isn't enough). We opened the top of Sundance's DoggyRide for the first time, he's still well behaved, just easier for people to see and squeal at.
When he was on the back of the bike yesterday at least 2 people offered sceptical comments about carting the dog around ("why don't you let him run free?") like hip displasia is the right of every dog.
