I was going to skip today and let my shoulder rest, but this workout looks like too much fun. Though I think I'd skip the IMs for a while, I'm not sure my shoulder can do back or fly very while. I need to work up to those slowly.
I was talking about May 2008, and I always forget that people don't stay in one place for ever. So, if you're still there, I'll be in town for 3 days and in need of a pool...
