i was bummed that we did all kicking today because i was finally feeling good :( definitely made me tired though, which i guess still counts.

Thanks for the good thoughts. Your suggestions really seemed to remedy the right shoulder (and help me go a bit faster). However, I think I over did it at the Alumni meet and pushed myself too hard. This is a different kind of a pain in my left shoulder, more "tear" than "wrong use." Ice doesn't have the same effect. Hopefully I won't be out too long, but it's probably best in the long run.
