eh, not a good workout. i was emotionally super-sensitive to evetrything today and it left me just drained by time the workout came. it was crowded and i felt like i was swimming in a washing machine. the whole time it was more of a struggle than a workout. i was bummed too because i won't get to swim much this week so i really wanted a good one tonight.

Well, unfortunately I haven't made it back in the pool yet, and I think I'm going to rest the shoulder until after Christmas. I've been icing it and I'll slowly start incorporating some strengthening workouts. I just don't want to make it worse, otherwise I'll never be able to stay on the board in the new year! And maybe the time off will give me a fresh perspective as I try to fix my stroke. Have a great Christmas, and I'll see you on the board next week.
