ugh. still feel tight all along my upper back and arms. couldn't get going on the free, however i was glad to have made the IM's, it was getting pretty close on the last ones.

oooooohhhh....edging me by 100 on the monthly roster! :) Hope you don't mind, but I'm saving these tough workouts for future use. Do you have a description on the "lungbuster 400", or is it just breathe as little as possible? Looks like Reed and I are going to start trying to hit the 5000 mark regularly. We'll see how it goes.
