today was tough. i'm tired, hungry, and sore. glad i was able to push through to the end and those bad feelings kinda went away as i got through the set. second day in a row i wanted to puke during practice! bonus about today's workout was that i was leading the lane, which meant i did it all without any drafting.
now it's off to home for the holiday!
