i wanted to feel good today, but it wasnt all the way there. stroke felt sloppy, but still strong. a good (but tough) way to start the week!

Wow, that 100/150 set looks brutal. I'm totally digging the workouts this week. They make it so much more fun to get in the pool. Plus, this week the masters team has been forced out of the U's big pool and into Saint Paul and your pasting workout up on my kickboard makes me feel like I'm on a rival masters team. The weEndure team would totally beat'em.
