pool was crowded today, so it felt like a washing machine for the first round through. the second round felt better and i started to get in a groove.

So Reed and I tried out a workout of yours from a week or so ago because it looked so fun. It really challenged us! So I was wondering, for today's workout for instance, where (if anywhere) do you guys rest? Trying to go through with only the rest you earn on each set was really tough. Do you rest at all between the 200s and the 50s? How about between the first and second go round? Just wondering.
Do you convert your swims into meters or am I just adding the workout up incorrectly -- 5050 yards. This looks like a super fun workout and if Greg reads this...I think that we should try this out. Your workouts are good at getting stroke work in whereas Greg and I are bad about only doing free. The workout he took from you that we did yesterday was tough!!
