first time in the water in a week but it went better than i was expecting. felt relatively good, a little weak and my stroke was getting sloppy towards the middle of the set, but i didn't feel as tired as the other week. it helped to have alden pulling me in the front and meghan pushing me from behind. here's the workout:
1000 warm-up
3x{50kick ez
50 kick fast
2x50 uw/swim
2x100 aerobic}
4x100 on 1:25
3x100 on 1:20
2x100 on 1:15
1x100 on 1:10
200 easy
200 kick/drill
4x100 on 1:20
3x100 on 1:15

thanks, it was fun to do. i have to note that it was done in yards, which makes a HUGE difference if you are used to meters times.
