Shakedown team ride with fleche team. Sluggish start due to complications with a misaligned fender on the bike. Cold in the beginning and warm in the middle. TIme elapsed does include ~20 minutes of milling around at the turnaround controle so moving speed average is probably close to 15mph than 13something

Next time, I'll probably leave the long-sleeved wool jersey and rain jacket at home and opt for the wind vest and wool arm warmers instead, then just add and remove layers as necessary.
