First swim in ages, arms felt pretty tight. Had a small rest every 50 and a larger (30s) every 100m. Time per lap roughly 1minute.

Started off OK but ended up paying for not stretching up front. Sore lower back, and also need to make some adjustments to the cleat positioning.
Ended prematurely due to two broken spokes in the back wheel.

Trainer surprised us tonight with a time trial. Think I did OK, however, a stitch just under my right rib-cage made me walk for a short while.
Legs felt good and whilst the breathing was quite heavy wasn't out of breath like previous runs.
