Been away from We Endure a bit, but not away from riding and training. Today was the first day of a 5 week preparation plan. Haven't decided on a core training plan or a strength training plan, but the cycling workouts have turned out to be a lot of fun - and they are hard.

After the five week plan, I am moving on to a 12 week base training plan, which I'll probably do twice to get to the spring. My legs feel good.
