3 rounds of the following:
200 swim (3:30, 3:20, 3:10) - i just did 150 for each
4 x 75 stroke/stroke/swim/swim on 1:30

Strength training for the whole body. I had to use 10lb weights because my trainer didn't have 5lb ones. Those were heavy! Lots of leg lifting to the front, side, and back. My butt is going to be really sore in about two days...

Completed the long-waited adventure race! My very first race in running (plus other things)!

Involved lots and lots of uphill, pushing the bike up, climbing obstacles, getting my knees scratched, running in the pond water, wet socks and shoes (ick), and crawling in the mud. It was harder than I'd expected, but I was really happy to be able to finish it at the top 35% in our age group. Not bad for a first timer:)
