Ran it hard, didn't bonk, sprinted to the finish, threw up all the water I drank during the race. Good times!
My "fast twitch" workouts at CHS have been working out great.
Of course, when I first started running a couple years ago and weighed 200 lbs, I did a half marathon cold in 2:03
