Bike was still a little wonky after my fall on the last ride. Probably should take it to a shop to check it out. Nice ride though. Shakespeare in the Park tonight!

Massive tail wind on the way home. It was sweet. Until I got a little cocky and took a very tight turn. Clipped a pedal against the ground, fell and skidded across the concrete at a pretty good speed. Despite wearing shorts and sandals, I was remarkable unscathed. A guy who saw it happen and came over to help was astounded that my legs weren't scraped to the bone. I did bend my handlebars out of alignment but was able to wrench them back and head home. Lesson learned.

Biked down to Battery Park to go to David Byrne's "Playing the Building" exhibit. Well worth it for any cyclists in NYC to check out. They have bike stands right out front.

Beautiful day. Really lollygagged on the way home. Just didn't feel like bucking the wind the whole way.

Wicked head wind this morning. Pretty sweet coming home though, even though I seem to be suffering the first major allergy attack of my life. Must be a lot of pollen in the air. Also, I saw a cardinal.
