I ran fast. I saw Greg Kolar's little Schipperki. She is so darling! She loves me!
Then just over a half mile to go I pass this guy who runs a tad slower than me. But he saw I was running in a skirt and would have nothing to do with it and I could hear him keeping up behind me so I just kept up race pace til I got to the bottom of the hill, crossed both streets, and looked back to see him walking. :)
