Ran warmup. Coached. Ran another warmup. then

8x400m with 250m jog rest.

I was surprised that 1:08's came this easily. 1200's next Tue in prep for a fast 5k.

The gang got a good cardio workout today... tomorrow they will get strong. :)

Ran 5.25 with Matthew. Then did 2 miles barefoot on track before practice.
