Reservoirs loop with Western Wheelers + ACTC group. Advertised as a C pace but seemed faster. Weather was glorious.
Several hours after the ride, I can barely move. Why did I think this was a good idea?

Started out as a 47 mile ride but we took a detour into The Bicycle Outfitter in Los Altos. Ended up buying Marilyn a 2010 Trek Madone 4.5. More fun than a cold, windy ride anyway.

Western Wheelers 2nd Sunday C ride. Parked in Loyola Corners and rode to Peers Park where I met up with the ride.
Was foggy almost the whole time except for the little part at the top of Page Mill where we broke out above the clouds. The group wasn't as social as some. Folks seemed to split off and do their own thing. We did regroup a couple of times though.
The trip up Page Mill wasn't bad. Maybe a bit harder than Mt. Eden but certainly not like Montabello. The top part of the descent down Moody was a brake burner.
