I look at your entries and I must say I am envious as to the length and terrain of your rides. I live here in the flat midwest, so the only climbing I get is "simulated" when the winds are 20mph or more (like they have been lately). There are some pretty steep short climbs about an hour or two south of here, but it's tough to get down there with any frequency. Where are you - San Diego area?
Looks like you and I are are "duking it out" up here at the front. I wonder where "Astroboy" is...must not like to ride in the winter...
You'll blow past me next week...it's my rest week on my training program and I am only scheduled for 4.5 hours, which equates to about 80 miles or so for the week.

Yeah, I moved here in northern California (SF bay area) a couple of years ago, and like those mountains around. I've been reading your training report in the cold weather. Really amazing! which motivates me to keep on spinning.
