Rode the newly acquired (and somewhat mysterious) Urania Club Lux Danish 3-speed over to Cascade Cycling, to get it some new tubes and brake shoes, and a spot of lube-and-tune action. Walked home, since it won't be ready until tomorrow. A pity -- who wants to buy a new bike and then leave it at the shop? -- but the brakes were truly terrible and unsafe.
