It's amazing what all can happen on a bike ride. I had "Part Duex" of Gmans ride today. On the way out, (south on Rangeline) I was heckled by a hillbilly in a white ford excursion. I couldn't really hear what all he was saying, but something about get on the sidewalk and several explicit comments. I of course shouted back and pulled over into the Bike Line parking lot to wait and see if he really wanted to have a conversation. He of course turned east on 116th. The really sad thing about this guy was his truck was full of kids. Great example for your kids 'billy. Oh and the other sad thing was his pathetic mullet. It was kind of a semi-mullet. It sucked.

I headed down to Broad Ripple and looped back up north. When I rolled into Carmel the skys were looking pretty black to the north west. I wondered if I would make it home dry.

I headed down Main St and came to the back entrance to the school. I thought "hrrrrrm I bet I could loop around 136th and Hawthorne and back home to get in 2 more miles before this rain hits. I made it. But just barely. Lightning was smacking all around and a serious series of wind gusts kicked up just before I got to the house. Then came a heavy "mist". I pulled in the garage and the skies let loose. I stood and watched the rain for about 10 minutes. It was insane.
