It was a much better run today... towards the end the feet started to hurt but I continued. I stretched a bit later; hopefully will feel alright soon.

I went running again in the evening, but managed only about a km.

Got up late; work kept me busy. Didn't want to run today but finally pushed myself out for a really short run (when I am supposed to increase the distance!). Feet still don't feel too good.
