took a ride up to sabino canyon, but unfortunately today is the day (along with sunday) that bikes _aren't_ allowed up the mountain road after 5 p.m. so, i just went a little further up sabino canyon road and then headed home. today definitely felt easier than yesterday. i'll ride tomorrow, then jobie gets back from taking care of some family business, and the plan is to do two good long rides friday and saturday.
