Pluses: Did this ride in a personal best time mostly because they oiled some of the gravel roads making them faster and because I kicked up one steep section
minuses: Got chased up a steep section by a raving mad dog, had to stop right near the top in the middle of the steepest section because of heat exhaustion. nearly threw up and had to rest for about five minutes before feeling good again.
