My first run in about a year. I had some time to kill today and didn't feel like taking a bike ride when I'm planning on a long ride tomorrow, so I figured what the hey, why not try running on your rest days?

Really, not a bad idea. I started running as a filler on off bike days. Now I run mostly, and the trainer (too cold for the real bike) is a fill in on off-running days.
