Tried a different route out of St Paul; the hill was less steep but I had to get into car traffic and peddle my heart out (so as not to tempt them to run me down). So I still got out of St Paul exhausted, and added nearly a mile to my route.

On the bonus side I spent more time in an official bike lane and less on sidewalks.

Biked home from work. Damn, it's just harder and slower going home! Part of that is with St Clair hill, taking all my effort right at the start, the other parts being 'it is after work' and it's a lot hotter (85 vs 63 degrees today).

This hills are definately getting easier. Not *easy*, yet, but easier. I hit the lights well this morning, but the final one was red and kept me from beating my best time.

Bike Home from work. Okay, this time I cannot blame 20mph headwinds, though it was plenty hot (about 90 degrees). I did knock 5 minutes off my last time riding home.

Hills are still a challenge, but I made it up St Clair hill again.
