First commute since 29th of July. I cannot believe that I was absent from commute for about a month.
I obviously earned fat in my body but my body weight is not changed that much since then.
That means I am not fit. I found my HBM reached 170. What I didn’t understand was that the average speed was not bad.
Today I didn’t have to carry my laptop. I used small waist bag to carry my stuff instead of XL sized messenger bag.
Actually I am suspecting that the messenger bag was so un-aero that it slowed me down when I used it.
I need more data to prove this. I will see how it goes with messenger bag sometime later.
Weather was nice. Temperature was right. I liked the calm wind too. Ride was enjoyable.
