Oh I am tired to comment on my slowness but it was noticiablly slow again. With CALM wind, average should be around mid to upper 21mph. So that means I am 5% to 10% slower now than what I was in a month ago.
I lost about 5lbs during my business trip to Germany. I am suspecting that may be I lost both fat and muscle.
But this is where I am now. There is no short cut. I have to continue ride and gain some back little by little.
