I needed to get small bottles to bring shampoo etc for my next week's trip. I decided to ride to REI in Saratoga with my steel bike.

I lately got U-lock adapter which secures the lock with bike frame. My steel bike was quiet and smooth but the U-lock with adapter now makes annoying noise all the time. It actually became noisier than my Cervelo now.
