It was bit cooler and good for bike. I thought there was less car on the road due to the holiday week. I got flat on San Tomas. Spent about 10 minutes. During 10 minutes only two cyclits passed by. Maybe there was less cyclist too.
As for left knee pain, I started feel minor pain at about 10mile point. I slowed down and luckily it didn't get worse. But I don't know why I suffered by pain these days. I feel strange on my right knee too. Maybe the position? Seat hight?
