Again it was easy ride thanks to tail wind. In fact it was also tail wind on the way to the office in the morning. Despite this ideal condition, I think I exhausted and tired. My tireness was carried over on the next morning. I need to slow down little more if I want to bike every day, or I can keep the effort level but bike every other day.
