Afternoon run with Steve. I haven't run for about 2 months since I suffered knee pain. Although I don't know whether my knee pain was because of run, I bought new set of shoes for better cushioning and stability (good excuse to buy new shoes). So it was first run with my brand new shoes.
2 months of blank was big. I couldn't run fast. And I already suffered mustle pain when we came back to office... But good part is that it was very comfortable to run with new shoes. It made run quite enjoyable.
Another good thing is that in the parking lot I saw Vikas riding back to his home. He left his car on parking lot and he will bike to office tomorrow morning. That might be good idea. He said distance was 12miles and he thought it was doable since we do 10miles of noon ride regularly! . Everyone is riding! How nice it is.
