I finally came back to Moody. I am so happy to know that I am ready for hill work now. I've been skipping hill work for about two months and I think I lost power. I felt slow and I was indeed slow.
Oh, one more thing is that I got flat again. My rear tire has a lot of cuts and they make it easier to get flat I think. I will definitely replace them by new one.
So Vredstein SE tire lasted about 1300miles. It got first flat at about 1000miles, then 3 flats after 1200miles. It sounds bit shorter than expected.
